SHIPPING
mr. blackbird is based in Tulum, Caribbean Mexico and all domestic and worldwide orders are shipped from this location.
All items displayed on our web are currently in stock and can be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping cost will be calculated at check out according to your location. All international shipping is carried out by DHL who provide customs clearance and a door-to-door delivery service within 2-3 business days.
When your order is placed, your will receive a confirmation email, followed by an update with the tracking number of your package.
In case of international shipping, custom fees, taxes and import duties of the destination country may apply. These obligations are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please consider that depending on the country of destination and its customs department, shipping delays or detention may occur; mr. blackbird® is not responsible for such circumstances.
If the package is rejected at the time of delivery or fails to be delivered, it will be declared abandoned or returned to the sender. In both cases, mr. blackbird® cannot be held responsible, and the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
RETURN POLICY
Please note: all our products are locally handcrafted without the use of modern precision tools. Small imperfections or variations may occur. Slight color differences in hand-dyed products (such as leather goods, fabrics and henequen bags) are also possible.
mr. blackbird® can not guarantee your computer monitor will accurately display the true color of our products.
If you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may do so; however, a $25 USD cancellation fee will be charged to cover administrative costs.
Once the product has been purchased and safely delivered, refunds are not possible.
mr. blackbird® accepts returns only in cases of visible manufacture defects. This does not include damage caused by currier during delivery. Refunds will not be processed until the item is returned and inspected by mr. blackbird.
Exchanges are possible for unused and undamaged products only, within 10 days from the date you received your order.Exchanges are possible only for items of equal or higher value currently in stock. The Customer is responsible for all shipment costs related to the exchange.
Products on sale or discount are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Rings available in our online shop are fixed in size and cannot be resized before shipping.
Customized production is possible - please contact us for specific information regarding design, materials, estimated production time, and cost.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your payment has been processed. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment.
