Shipping & Return policy
mr. blackbird is based in Tulum, Caribbean Mexico and all domestic and worldwide orders are shipped from this location.
All items displayed on our web are currently in stock and can be shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping cost will be calculated at check out according to your location. All international shipping is carried out by DHL who provide customs clearance and a door-to-door delivery service within 4-5 business days.
When your order is placed, your will receive a confirmation email, followed by an email update with the tracking number of your package.
In case of international shipping, custom fees, taxes and import duties of destination country may apply. These obligations are responsibility of the custumer.
Please consider that depending on the country of destination and its Customs Department, shipping delays or detention may occur; mr. blackbird® is not responsible for it.
If the package is rejected at the moment of delivery or fail to be delivered, it will be declared abandon or will return to sender address. In both cases, mr. blackbird® is not held responsible and the customer can't request a refund.
Please note: all our products are locally handcrafted without help of any modern precision tools. Small imperfections or differences may occur. Slightly color differences of hand-dyed products may occur (leather goods, fabrics and henequen bags).
mr. blackbird® can not guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color of our products.
Once your order is placed and paid, and prior shipping you regret your purchase, you can cancel. Cancellation fee of $40 USD will be charged to cover our administration costs.
If the product was purchased and safely delivered to the customer, refund is not possible.
mr. blackbird® accepts returns in case of visible manufacture defects of the product. It does not included damages caused by currier during the delivery. Refunds will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by mr. blackbird.
Exchange is possible for unused and not damaged products only, within 10 days from the date you received your order.
Exchange is possible only for same or higher priced products which are currently available on stock. Customer will be responsible for all shipment costs and expenses involved in the exchange.
Products on sale are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges.
Ring available in our online shop have a fix size and resizing is not possible.
Customized production is possible. Please contact us for specific information and details about it, such as design, materials, estimated production times and cost.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your method payment has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment.
