SHIPPING
Mr. Blackbird is based in Tulum, Caribbean Mexico and all orders are shipped from Tulum, Quintana Roo. We do ship worldwide, expect these countries: Cuba, Russia, Venezuela, Azerbaijan.

All items displayed on our web are currently on stock and can be shipped within 3 labour days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping cost will be calculated at check out according to your location. All international shipping is carried out by DHL who provide customs clearance and a door-to-door delivery service within 4- 5 business days.

When your order is placed, your will receive a confirmation email, followed by an email update with the tracking number of your package.

In case of international shipping, custom fees, taxes and import duties of destination country may apply.
These obligations are responsibility of the custumer.

Please consider that depending on the country of destination and its Customs Department, shipping delays or detention may occur; Mr.Blackbird® is not responsible for it.

If the package is rejected at the moment of delivery or fail to deliver, it will be declared abandon or will return to sender address. In both cases Mr.Blackbird® is not responsible and the customer no longer has the right to a refund.
